Sealed unit manufacturing
We manufacture the highest quality sealed units for double glazing at our Fletchamstead Highway factory. Units are regulated and tested to E.N. 1279 part2. Reference no. G2000.10.2003.
No orders are too small and FREE delivery on orders over £50 within a 10 mile radius of our factory. An additional small charge is levied for local deliveries outside the 10 mile radius.

Toughened, laminates and wired safety glass
Bronze, Green, Grey or Blue tinted
All Pilkington patterned glass designs
All types of leaded designs
Georgian bars, in white, brown, gold, chrome or woodgrain effect.
3D bevels either clear or a large coloured selection available.
Sand blasted designs
Low E or K glass
Argon gas filled
Active glass (Pilkingtons self clean glass which stops grime sticking to it)
Solar active blue glass, which reflects 85% of the suns heat and has a self clean coating making it ideal for conservatories
Fire-Rated for 30 or 60 minutes
Splash Backs made in any Colour
Mirrors Shaped with Polished Edges or Bevelled with holes if required.
Emergency Glazing service
We offer emergency glazing repairs and boarding covering an area of 25 miles around Coventry within normal working hours (8am till 4.30pm). We do not supply an out of hours emergency service.
We also offer a non-emergency glazing repairs service, fitting and repairing single panes of glass including safety glass, double glazed units and mirrors.
We can make sealed units up whilst you wait, this is not possible with safety glass due to it having to be specially ordered.
